26034SS9 PUBLIC NOTICE HOPE Waiver The South Dakota Department of Human Services, Division of Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), is seeking public comment on the renewal of the HOPE Waiver, with an anticipated effective date of October 1, 2026. The waiver provides home and community-based services to individuals age 65 and older and individuals age 18 and older with qualifying disabilities to support living in the home or community.
