Mandatory Pre-Bid There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting on May 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM CT. All bidders can meet at the project location on the south side of Crothers Engineering Hall. This pre-bid meeting is mandatory for any bidders to submit for the project and is the only opportunity to review the site. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
