26064RR1 PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals (RFP) – Executive Director Services The Dakota Transit Association (DTA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Executive Director services. The Executive Director is responsible for providing comprehensive organizational leadership and administrative oversight for the Association. Qualified proposers must demonstrate the experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the required services. Proposals will not be accepted from any individual, firm, or corporation that is in arrears or otherwise deemed irresponsible or unreliable by DTA. Anticipated Start Date: October 1, 2026. DTA provides services without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, or disability in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
