TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 109-1-063-00-0, lying and being in the 123rd GMD, Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.1928 acre, more or less, being Lot 11, Block D, Richmond Hills Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 19-N, Page 222, described in Deed Book 1703, page 1312, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2918 Whistler Lane
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1964, at page 424.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of August, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
