401 Water Quality Certification Application Public Notice - Wheeler Pond - Berlin DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WETLANDS PROGRAM 401 Water Quality Certification Application Public Notice Pursuant to 33.U.S.C.1341 and MGL c21 §43, notice is hereby given of a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) application for the Wheeler Pond Dam Removal and North Brook Restoration Project at Pleasant Street, Berlin by OARS 3 Rivers, 23 Bradford Street, Concord, Massachusetts on property owned by the Bonazzoli Family Trust. The project will include removing the Wheeler Pond Dam and restoring North Brook. Additional information may be obtained from Heather Conkerton at OARS 3 Rivers, 978-369-3956.
