401 Water Quality Certificaton Application Public Notice Pursuant to 33.U.S.C.1341 and MGL c21 §43, notice is hereby given of a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) application for the Craigville Beach Road Bridge Repair Project at 1134 Craigville Beach Road, in the Village of Centerville, Barnstable, MA by the Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works, 382 Falmouth Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 on property owned by the Town of Barnstable, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601. Proposed work consists of the repair/rehabilitation of the bridge to address multiple deficiencies, to include structural deficiencies (e.g. cracks, spalling), scour, vegetation overgrowth, failed bank channel protection, guard rail damage, and sidewalk deficiencies.
