RICHMOND COUNTY TAX COMMISSIONERS OFFICE and all other persons & entities unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Plaintiff's title to All that lot, tract or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot No. 2, in Block C of Marion Homes Subdivision, a plat of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 19 Z, pages 428-429, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property. The improvements on said property are known under the present system of street numbering as 426 Dupont Street, Augusta, Georgia.
Said property is conveyed subject to Protective Covenants appearing of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Realty Book 19 Z, pages 426-427.

TO: RICHMOND COUNTY TAX COMMISSIONERS OFFICE, and all other interested parties, You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all interested parties was filed on September 4, 2025 in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, Augusta Judicial Court and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court on the 13th day of October, 2025 you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.
All that lot, tract or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot No. 2, in Block C of Marion Homes Subdivision, a plat of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 19 Z, pages 428-429, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.
