NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2504-MF-000409 wherein Diversity One, LLC was Plaintiff and Daniel McKenzie was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost; I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of February, 2026 at the hour of 1:00 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible at 1420 I Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
The West half of Lot Numbered 232, in the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Mitchell, Lawrence County, Indiana.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-way, protective covenants, and mineral reservations of record, if any.

Subject to (a) all easements, highways, rights of way, covenants, conditions, restrictions, and other matters of record; (b) all applicable zoning ordinances of record; (c) all current, non-delinquent real estate taxes and assessments; and (d) all matters that would be disclosed by an accurate survey of physical inspection of said real estate.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
