560 CROSS ST Public Notice YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED as required by law and in compliance with Chapter 305-E of the Township of Lakewood Unified Development Ordinance (the "Ordinance") that the Zoning Board of the Township of Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey, will hold a public hearing June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Lakewood Township Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey to consider the application of 560 Cross Street LLC, (the "Applicant") for the following approvals. 1.The subject property is located in Block 524.30 Lot 6.01 in the Township of Lakewood in the M-1 (Industrial) zone ("The property") 2. Applicant seeks the following: Applicant is seeking preliminary and final major site plan and subdivision approval to subdivide the property into 71 lots of which 66 will be duplex units on zero lot line lots, 3 stormwater management lots, a lot for a retail structure and a lot for a Shul. Duplexes are not permitted in the M1 Zone. Hence Applicant requests use variance relief for same. Applicant further seeks such other variances and/or design waivers that the Board may require.
