5th year Remembrance

Walter McLaughlin July 4, 2021 It has been 5 very long years without you. Walt, you have been my everything and will always be. There's not a second that I don't miss you and wish with all my heart that you were with me. It makes my heart smile with amazement when someone tells me how much they miss you and why. I know that they speak from their hearts. You are legendary at your beloved "The Great LaSalle Academy" where you are so strongly missed. You were always so generous, kind, strong, so knowledgeable about so many things and had an amazing recall memory. I am doing my very best to do what you would have done, to make you proud and keep your memory alive and well. When problems do arise, I always ask myself: "What would Walter do?" Yes Walt, you are still guiding me. But above all else, I most miss your gentle touch and that mischievous smile that would warm my heart and make me feel that everything was perfect.
