Bids can be entered at https://iberville.la.realforeclose.com between the legal hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00am WITH the benefit of appraisement, to the last and highest bidder on, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND WITH ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF IBERVILLE, IN THE BELLE TERRE SUBDIVISION AND DESIGNATED ON A MAP OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN C.B. 138, E. 291, AS THE REAR PORTION OF LOT FIFTYEIGHT (58) AND THE REAR PORTION OF THE SOUTH EASTERN ONE-HALF (SE 1/2) OF LOT FIFTY-SEVEN (57).
