THE LAGRANGE PLANNING BOARD hereby gives notice of a preliminary Public hearing to be held on June 18th,2026 at the LaGrange Town Hall located at 120 Stringham Road at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may appear on the agenda in the matter of the application of Peter Evola mailing address 94 Ridgeline Drive LaGrange NY 12603 for the granting of a Special Use Permit by said Board of a proposed application identified as Special Use Permit Accessory Apartment and which site is located and described as 94 Ridgeline Drive LaGrange NY 12603. Citizens and parties of interest shall be heard by the Planning Board at said public hearing. All maps and related documents are on file with the Planning Department during regular working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
