ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP-PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Aberdeen for variance relief from the provisions of Section(s) 25-1 (requiring 25 foot rear yard set back) of the Land Development Ordinance, and any and all other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board, so as to permit: the replacement of an existing deck with an added roof to cover a portion of the deck on premises located on 7 Bailey Rd Aberdeen, NJ, known as Block 39, Lot 4.06 on the Aberdeen Tax Map, which is within 200 feet of property owned by you. The application, maps and plans are on file at the Department of Planning/Zoning and Development, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, NJ, and are available for inspection weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This appeal is now on the Secretary's calendar, and a Public Hearing has been ordered for June 24th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, in the Aberdeen Township
Municipal Building, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
This notice is served upon you by order of the Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
