ADDENDUM: Request for Proposal REMOVAL, FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF MONUMENT SIGN AT SPAULDING HIGH SCHOOL Rochester School District The Rochester School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the removal of the existing monument sign and the fabrication and installation of the new monument sign. RFPs will be accepted until 12:00 pm EST on Monday, 4 May, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. Proposals shall be submitted to, Mr. Jared Fulgoni, Superintendent of Schools, Rochester School Department, 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 8, Rochester, New Hampshire 03867. Proposals must be submitted on the attached bid proposal form in sealed envelopes plainly marked Proposal for REMOVAL, FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF MONUMENT SIGN AT SPAULDING HIGH SCHOOL. Failure to properly mark the envelope will result in disqualification of the bid if it is prematurely opened. The Rochester School District reserves the right to reject all bids, to award to other than the low bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
