ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID CITY OF NEENAH CONTRACT 4-25 CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND SIDEWALK REPAIR Notice is hereby given by the City of Neenah by the undersigned Board of Public Works for this project bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com until 10:00 A.M., local time, on the 15th day of April 2026. Concrete Pavement and Sidewalk Repair The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. No bid shall be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five (5) percent of the bid or bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder list and allow access to VBid online bidding for submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). Bidders will be charged a fee of $52.00 to submit a bid electronically. Documents may be examined in the office of the Director of Public Works. Unless previously qualified, Contractor's bidding on these contracts shall be prequalified before receiving plans and specifications. Proof of Responsibility forms may be obtained from the Director of Public Works and shall be filed with him for consideration by the Public Services and Safety Committee not later than 4:00 P.M., April 9, 2026. The minimum wage scale to be paid on said project by the Contractor is either included in the specifications or on file in the office of the City Clerk in accordance with Section 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.
