Receipt of Sealed Bids. Sealed bids, consisting of the Bid Documents (defined below), will be received by Jupiter Stadium, Ltd. (JSL) until 2:00 P.M. on November 5, 2025 ("Bid Due Date"), at the General Manager's office located at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Office, 4751 Main St., Jupiter, FL 33458, with a copy by electronic mail to the following:

PROJECT NAME: Signage and Graphics – Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Renovation Project

General Description of the Project. The Work consists of all labor, material, supervision, permits, supplies and equipment necessary and reasonably incidental to provide and install signage and graphics at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium per the Contract Documents.
Contract Documents. All conditions and requirements for bid submission, consideration, and award (the "Bid Documents") are contained in the Contract Documents which may be obtained by sending an email with the Project # in the subject line to: gabriel@rogerdeanchevroletstadium.com or call (561) 775-1818. Or, the Contract Documents (except for confidential building plans and/or drawings) may be downloaded from JSL website at rogerdeanchevroletstadium.com/renovation. Confidential building plans and/or drawings may only be obtained by contacting gabriel@rogerdeanchevroletstadium.com or calling (561) 775-1818.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Bidders are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on October 13, at 9:00 A.M. via web conference call/video. Bidders and interested parties must complete a registration for the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference via the following Internet site https://www.mlb.com/roger-dean-chevrolet-stadium/contact-us/renovation not less than one hour before the posted start time. Bidders and interested parties who timely complete the registration will be provided with a meeting code and password and instructions to access to the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference via Internet or telephone. The schedule for a site visit may be announced during this conference. Attendance at this pre-bid conference is strongly recommended and encouraged.
This invitation to bid is issued by JSL and any resulting contract will be between the successful bidder and JSL, not with Palm Beach County (County).
EBO Program. The Project is subject to the Palm Beach County Code Section 2-80.20 – 2-80.40, the Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Ordinance, under which contracting and subcontracting opportunities will be provided for County certified SBEs. The following Affirmative Procurement Initiatives (APIs) apply to this project:
SBE Price Preference – this contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder unless a certified SBE's bid is within 10% of the lowest non-small business bid, in which case the award shall be made to the certified small business bidder submitting the lowest responsive, responsible bid at the price that it bid.
At the time of bid submission, bidder must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work.
JSL reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all bids.
