ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
The School District of Jenkintown ("District") invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Elementary School Playground Sitework Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications.
Electronic copies of the bid documents and specifications may be obtained by contacting Darrell Campana, Project Manager, at (215) 346-8757 ext. 111 or DSC@eustaceeng.com.
Sealed bids must be submitted to Ms. Lieu Kim, Business Administrator, School District of Jenkintown, 250 West Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046, no later than 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The District reserves the right to reject any bid that is incomplete or irregular, to waive any non-material informalities or defects in a bid, to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interests of the District, and to reject any or all bids.
A pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on March 24, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., at the Main Visitor Entrance, 250 West Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All contractors must comply with the applicable Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
