ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Town of Osceola, Indiana 2026 Community Crossings Grant Project, Call 1 Sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Osceola, Indiana 2026 Community Crossings Matching Grant Project will be received by the Town of Osceola, 850 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN 46561 until Tuesday, April 7th at 6 PM Local Time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall, 850 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN 46561. The Project consists of a widening on 3rd Street and asphalt milling and resurfacing on 3rd Street, Beech Road, N Oak Street, Erie Street, Osceola Avenue, and Olive Street and other incidental work within the Town of Osceola all more particularly described on the plans and specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Two (2) copies of the Sealed Bids bearing the project name as well as the name and address of the bidder shall be submitted to: Christina Miller, Clerk Treasurer, 850 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN 46561. Bidding documents will be available on Friday, March 20, 2026. Electronic contract documents can be obtained online from the Abonmarche website, found at http://www.abonmarche.com/bids. There is no fee for registration on the plan holder's list and download of electronic bidding documents. Hard copies are available from Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. 315 West Jefferson Boulevard, IN 46601, (574)-232-8700. The fee for obtaining hard copy documents is Fifty Dollars ($50.00). An additional Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be charged for plans requiring shipping. General Specifications, description and conditions upon which the bid proposal is to be based are on file for examination at the office of the Engineer, Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. 315 West Jefferson Boulevard, IN 46601. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
