ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDERS InSite Project: 23038.00 Water System Reinforcements to Serve WLWA – Contract 1 DWSRF Project: FS010090.05 Owner: West Morgan East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority Engineer: InSite Engineering, LLC All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to West Morgan – East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority for the installation of approximately 21,000 linear feet of 24" ductile iron water main, including but not limited to; fire hydrant assemblies, flushing assemblies, air relief/vacuum valve assemblies, butterfly valves, road crossings, gas line crossings, ditch crossings, driveway surface repairs, fencing resets, storm drain resets, disinfection and testing of installed water line, connection to existing system, and all associated appurtenances for the Water System Reinforcements to Serve WLWA – Contract 1 in Lawrence County, Alabama 35643. Owner will receive Bids at West Morgan – East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority, located at 2547 Kirby Branch Road, Decatur, Alabama 35603, until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 5th day of May 2026 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. If bidder chooses the United States Postal Service to mail their bid, the bid must be mailed to P.O. Box 2254 Decatur, AL 35609. If hand delivered or any other delivery service is utilized, the bids should be sent to the physical address listed. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.
