ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: 2026 LAWRENCE PARK TOWNSHIP PAVING PROJECT Lawrence Park Township, 1st Class, Erie County, will receive sealed bids at 4230 Iroquois Avenue, Erie, PA 16511, until 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, for the 2026 Lawrence Park paving project, including approximately 10,117 SY of 3" asphalt milling, 1,140 tons of 2" Superpave binder, and 570 tons of 1" Superpave wearing course. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Lawrence Park Township. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after award. Liquidated damages shall apply at $975 per calendar day. Lawrence Park Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
