ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, CITY OF HARRISON, STATE STREET SIPHON REPLACEMENT 1. RECEIPT OF BIDS: The City of Harrison, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids for construction of the State Street Siphon Replacement at the Harrison Community Center, 300 George Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030 until Monday, February 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., local time. No Bids will be received after that time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place. 2. SCOPE OF PROJECT: The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 95 LF 6-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer, 75 LF 8-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer, 10 CY Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, 21 CY Asphalt Concrete Base. Engineer's Estimate: $165,000. 3. FINANCING: The Project will be financed with local funds. 4. ISSUING OFFICE: Bidding Documents are being issued from Fishbeck's Cincinnati office. Bidders should direct questions and correspondence to that office. 5. EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS: Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations after Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 11:00 a.m., local time. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. 8. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. 9.
