CLOUD SKY CENTRAL AIRPORT FAA IIJA-AIG 3-27-0095-52-2026 / MnDOT A7301-156 The St. Cloud Regional Airport Authority (SCRAA) is seeking a construction contractor to Furnish and Install a New Above Ground 20,000 Gallon Jet A Fuel System at the St. Cloud Sky Central Airport. Sealed bids, subject to the conditions herein, will be received by the Airport Director in the Commercial Terminal Building Conference Room at the St. Cloud Sky Central Airport at 1550 45th Ave SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304 no later than 10 AM Central Time, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The bids received will be publicly read aloud immediately thereafter by the Airport Director. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 1 PM Central Time in the Commercial Terminal Building Conference Room at the St. Cloud Sky Central Airport at 1550 45th Ave SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. A tour of the project site will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid meeting. Bidders are not required to attend this pre-bid meeting; however, attendance is recommended.
