(LEGAL NOTICE)
Discoveries in Sculpture, Inc. will receive sealed bids for Randall House Restoration EPF No. 237443 located at 22 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905 prior to 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be received at the Roberson Museum, 30 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905, Att: Keith Oberg. It is deemed the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ensure that bids are delivered in a timely manner to the location and office of the person indicated herein.
The Work of the project will be let in a single prime contract for General Construction Work.

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in
accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder at the time of contract signing.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at 10:00 am starting at the front entrance to Randall House located at 22 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. Attendance is not mandatory for submitting a bid, but is strongly recommended.
Prospective bidders may request clarifications of the Bid Documents from the Architect by

This property has been determined to possess historic (e.g., architectural, engineering, artistic) significance and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in completion of similar projects for State, National or locally registered landmarks.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Contract will be awarded by Discoveries in Sculpture, Inc. which reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
