ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals for the 2026 CIPP Rehabilitation (Jenkins Creek) (the "Project"), will be received until 1:00 P.M. Central Time, on November 4, 2025 by hand delivery or by Federal Express, UPS, or USPS delivery directly to Justin Wilks, P.E., The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery, Alabama (the "OWNER"), 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109, and at that time publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the following major components: Approximately 3,968 feet of 30-inch diameter cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP). Approximately 4,082 feet of 24-inch diameter cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP). Structural rehabilitation of 19 manholes.
