ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Proposals will be received for the Agricultural Center Roof Replacement until 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 in the Cumberland County Engineering and Infrastructure Director, 130 Gillespie Street, Room 214, Fayetteville, North Carolina at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work consists of approximately 12,579 square feet of low-slope roof membrane re-roofing. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 9:00am local time in the Conference Room at 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28306. The site will be available for visits from prospective bidders. The last day for questions from prospective bidders is October 30, 2025.
