ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority, 7811 New Falls Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania, 19055 until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, October 23, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for: CONTRACT NO. WWTP-489–FURNISH AND SUPPLY NEW KENNEDY FIRE HYDRANTS, VALVES AND PIPE TO LOWER BUCKS COUNTY JOINT MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, LEVITTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA Submission of bid proposal through FAX or E-mail will not be accepted. Contract Documents may be procured at a cost of $100.00, NON-REFUNDABLE, at the above address, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, beginning October 10, 2025. Contractors desiring to bid shall have the experience of successfully completing at least two (2) similar size projects in the last five (5) years. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or a Surety's Consent and a Bid Bond payable to Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The said Surety shall be bound to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, thereafter, required on specified forms in the Contract Documents. Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, or to accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the Authority.
