ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Tioga County Housing Authority will receive Bids for the Flood Reconstruction at PA 50-9 Riverside Manor until 2:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on November 11, 2025 at the Housing Authority Office, 112 Dorsett Heights, Mansfield, Pa. 16933, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Sealed Bids Will Be Received For The Following Prime Contracts:
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
HVAC CONSTRUCTION
PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION
ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION
Bid Forms, Plans and Specifications are on file at the office of Tioga County Housing Authority, 112 Dorsett Heights, Mansfield, Pa. 16933.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the document distributor: Dataflow, Inc. via their designated web portal: www.nyplanroom.com. Office: 210 W. Gray Street, Elmira, NY 14901, phone (607)734-8955 or (607) 772-2001 or BidSupport@goDataflow.com. Ordering from this web portal automatically places the prospective bidder on the plan holders' list. This designated web portal will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a bid for the project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered through the designated web portal with notifications to registered bidders.
Bid documents including plans and specifications are available for electronic download at no cost to the Contractor. Printed bid documents including sets of plans and specifications may be ordered in paper format at Contractor's expense payable by credit card. Non-refundable shipping charges may apply.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2025, at 9:00 am, to be held at Riverside Manor 250 Race Street, Westfield, Pa. 16950. Representatives of the Owner and Architect will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Tioga County Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
The successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds for all Bids.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project.
The Tioga County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding.
No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Tioga County Housing Authority.
