Town of Grand Ridge (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
CDBG-DR WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2
FLORIDA COMMERCE: M0117 DHM: GRD22WW
Bids for the Project will be received at the Town of Grand Ridge Administrative Office located at 2086 Porter Avenue, Grand Ridge, FL 32442, until Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 3:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Grand Ridge Commission Meeting Room located behind the Administrative Office, 6910 Hall St.
The Project includes the following Work:
Replacing existing (in-kind) equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Installing permanent backup generators and bypass pumps across all 19 lift stations and adding SCADA capability throughout the City's Wastewater system.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats:

Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on January 06, 2026 at 10 AM local time at the Town of Grand Ridge Administrative Office located at 6910 Hall Street, Grand Ridge, FL 32442. An optional site visit is scheduled to follow.
