ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF MARIANNA, FLORIDA Marianna Energy Efficiency Project City of Marianna (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Marianna Energy Efficiency Upgrades Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services – No. 32606 DHM MAR25FD Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Marianna Clerk's Office located at 2895 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446, until Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Marianna City Hall Commission Chambers located at 2897 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446. The Project includes the following Work: This project involves the electrical retrofit and modernization of two aging potable water booster pumping stations—Marion Street Booster Station and Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Booster Station—to improve energy efficiency, operational flexibility, and safety. Installation of new control panels integrated with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).Replacement of internal electrical components, including Wiring, Conduits, and Conductors.Replacement of pump motors with VFD-rated motors:2 motors at Marion Street Booster Station (4494 Marion Street)3 motors at FCI Booster Station (3595 FCI Road)Installation of energy-efficient LED lighting at both stations.
