City of Paterson, COUNTY OF PASSAIC, NEW JERSEY Notice to Bidders Sealed bids must be received by January 20, 2026 at 12pm and will be opened by staff of Eva's Village, Inc. 393 Main Street, Paterson, NJ 07501 on January 23, 2026 at 1:00PM prevailing time for: RENOVATIONS & UPGRADES TO BUILDING LOCATED AT 389 MAIN ST. PATERSON, NJ 07501 The work to be performed under this contract includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project(s) listed below: · Tear off and replacement of existing roof (including gutters) · Upgrade of HVAC systems (including Electrical) · Replace Hot Water heater (including installation) · Upgrade and replace existing Fire Alarm System (exclusions apply) Specifications, and proposal forms will be available during the pre-bid/walk through scheduled for 10am on January 12, 2026 and thereafter will be on file at the office of the Facilities Director, of Eva's Village, Inc. at 393 Main Street Paterson, NJ 07501 between the hours of 7am to 2pm Monday through Friday. Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms in the bid package. Bids will be accepted in the following manners: 1. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Kevin Kelly, Chief Operating Officer, Eva's Village, Inc. 393 Main St. Paterson, NJ 07501. All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all the above requirements. 2.Bids can be hand-delivered prior to the due date above. In this case, the bids shall be delivered to the attention of Kevin Kelly, Chief Operating Officer, Eva's Village, Inc. 393 Main St. Paterson, NJ 07501and shall also satisfy all the above requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time, to the proper location and in accordance with the bidding instructions contained in the bid package. If awarded, all work shall be completed within the timeframe indicated in the bid package.
