ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Project: The Library Station – Entry & Restroom Renovation. 2535 N Kansas Expy, Springfield, MO 65803. Description: The project includes renovations to the building's main entry lobby finishes, a new organization of the restroom entry, and upgraded domestic water service. Bid Opening: The Owner will receive bids at the main circulation desk of The Library Station on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, until 5:00 pm CST. Bids received after 5:00 pm will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after, in the Frisco room of The Library Station. Pre-bid Meeting: Will be held at The Library Station on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. A tour of the facility will be held afterward. Bid Documents: Can be obtained from local plan rooms, including Springfield Blue Print and Engineers Reprographics. VIEW ONLY electronic bid sets are available online at no cost.
