PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS: BIDDER may be asked to submit evidence of BIDDER's qualifications to do this type of work in the state of Wisconsin prior to the award of the contract. Bids will not be accepted from any BIDDER listed on the State of Wisconsin Disapproved, Suspended, and Debarred Contractors list or the Federal Excluded Parties List.
