ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Pawnee CUSD #11, Pawnee, Illinois (herein referred to as the "Owner") at Pawnee CUSD #11, 810 N. 4th Street, Pawnee, IL 62558 until 2PM. Local Time, Thursday, 2/26/26 (Bid Date) to the attention of Molly Edmonds, District Superintendent for the Pawnee CUSD #11 Gymnasium Upgrades as shown on the drawings and as detailed in the pre-bid meeting. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and place. Bids received later than such hour will be returned unopened. The work on this Project shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the Architect, Farnsworth Group, 3201 W. White Oaks Drive, Suite 100D, Springfield, IL 62702. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, 2/19/26, at 11AM at 810 N. 4th Street, Pawnee, IL 62558. (The Pre-Bid Conference location at the school is still being determined at the time of issuing.)
