2026 DYE WATER TESTING PROJECT

For this project, the VILLAGE OF GREENDALE will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids for the 2026 DYE WATER TESTING PROJECT via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Electronic bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2026. After the official Bid closing time, the Bids will be opened, reviewed, and posted on the QuestCDN.com website. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of advertisement. The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained ONLY from QuestCDN. Bid documents may be examined online at https://www.rasmith.com/questcdn.htm or downloaded under login after Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for a non-refundable fee of $45.00. Approximate quantities of major items are as follows:
Traffic Control - 1 LS, Lateral Televising – 51 EA, Clean & Televise Sanitary Sewer with Storm Sewer Dye Water Testing – 9,187 LF
This is a unit price contract. The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder.
All project work shall be substantially completed by August 31, 2026.
The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
Bidders on this project must be on the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Approved Contractor List for Municipal PPII work. Any bids from Contractors not on the above-mentioned list will be rejected.
Bids shall be submitted on the electronic Bid Form provided through Quest CDN. All blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid.
Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner, subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 62.15 and 66.0901.
Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. Prime Contractor(s) shall furnish listing of all subcontractors and suppliers performing labor and supplying materials under the Contract that individually have a total value of $1,000 or more.
