ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Hanover Township and Greene Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, until 12:00 PM, March 10, 2026 at the Hanover Township Office, 2731 State Route 18, Hookstown, PA 15050, for furnishing, delivering the following materials in more or less quantities as listed and described in the Proposal Form: Item #1 - Limestone 6,100 Tons All bidding requirements, conditions and materials furnished shall conform to the current specifications of PennDOT form 408. Bidders must be listed in or be an agent of a Company listed in PennDOT Bulletin/Publ. 14. Further instructions are detailed in the Proposal Form. Bidders may submit proposals on any individual item, combination of items or all items. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality and obtained by calling 724-899-2642, by e-mail dspearing@hanovertwp.us or the website, www.hanovertwp.us or www.greenetownship.net. Proposals must be returned by mail or hand delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked: "Bid Proposal for letting of "March 10, 2026". All sealed proposals received will be opened & read at the Hanover Township Regular Board of Supervisors Meeting, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, which convenes at 7:00 P.M. and is held at the Hanover Volunteer Fire Hall, 2697 State Route 18, Hookstown, PA 15050. At said meeting, Hanover Township will award or reject all bids. Greene Township will award or reject the bids at the Greene Township Regular Board of Supervisors Meeting, held on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at 262 Pittsburgh Grade Rd, Hookstown, PA 15050.
