Adaptive Re-Use Project New Boutique Hotel Iralena City of Marianna (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Reconstruction of Marianna Office Supply Bldg. FLORIDA COMMERCE: CDBG-DR M0047 Bids for the Project will be received at the City of Marianna Administrative Office located at 2895 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446, until Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 2:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Marianna City Hall Commission Chambers located at 2897 Jefferson Street. The Project includes the following Work: The reconstruction of the former Marianna Office Supply Bldg damaged by Hurricane Michael into a boutique hotel. The building is a total of 23,700 sf consisting of two stories plus a full basement area. Includes complete reconstruction including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10 AM local time at the office of Melvin Engineering located at 4428 Lafayette Street, Marianna, FL.
