ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Warrington Township, offices located at 852 Easton Road, Warrington Pennsylvania, 18976, will receive sealed bids online until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on June 1, 2026 at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud for: Contract #26-00152.02 – WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP 2026 CONCRETE AND CURB RAMP REPLACMENENT PROGRAM This project involves a base and alternate bid for the replacement of residential curbing, aprons, and sidewalks and the installation of ADA/PennDOT compliant curb ramps, with all necessary sidewalks, curbing, and sign relocation/installation at specified locations within Warrington Township. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. The concrete quantities associated with the base bid and each alternate are more fully defined in Exhibits A, and B of Section 01 22 00 Measurement and Payment. All documents, specifications, and drawings can be obtained and secure bids submitted online at no cost. A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000) is assessed only to bidders who are awarded contracts. For bidders who are not the winning bid; there are absolutely no fees. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Warrington Township along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance and bonds for Performance, Payment, and Maintenance in such form as meets the approval of Warrington Township and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by Warrington Township. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 127, Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification, as amended. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Warrington Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to accept the bid, which it deems, in its sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Township. Angela P.
