Box 38, Byesville, Ohio 43723), until Noon Local Time on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, and at that time opened and read publicly for all labor and material required for the project entitled: ROLLING HILLS LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT DISTRICT OFFICES AND PRESCHOOL RENOVATION according to the Specifications prepared by V2 Architects, Inc. 903 Steubenville Ave, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, (740) 432-3976. All bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Rolling Hills Local School District, Rolling Hills Local School District, at the Administrative Office at 60851 Southgate Road, Cambridge, Ohio, endorsed "PROPOSAL FOR ROLLING HILLS LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT – DISTIRCT OFFICE AND PRESCHOOL RENOVATION" on the outside of the envelope. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Rolling Hills Local School District Office, 60851 Southgate Road, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, at 10:00am. Immediately following the meeting, a tour will be conducted of the project building at 58615 Marietta Road, Byesville, Ohio 43723. No bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the highest total amount of the bid, or a Certified Check or Cashiers Check in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the highest total amount of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
