ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Crooksville Exempted Village School at 4065 School Drive, Crooksville, OH 43731 until Noon on May 27, 2026 for the Classroom Renovations at the High Schools at 4075 Ceramic Way in Crooksville, Ohio. Specifications and bid forms may be secured from Kelly Architectural Services, Inc., 2960 Pinkerton Road, Zanesville, OH 43701. Free downloads of project information for bidders are available by registering with the architect at kelly.architectural@gmail.com. Plans will be available from Dodge Plan Rooms and Builders Exchange. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for May 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the High School to allow bidders to visit the site and examine the conditions under which the work will be performed. Bids will be received for Combined Trades. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements in this bid packet, including the use of domestic steel. This project is tax exempt and is not subject to prevailing wage rates. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder.
