Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at PlatFORM Group located at 1700 N. Alpine Road, Suite 101, Rockford, IL 61107, until June 12th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 1700 N. Alpine Road, Suite 101, Rockford, IL 61107. The Project includes the following Work: Mass grading of the project site and stormwater detention construction located west of North Fork Kent Creek, south of Short Elm Street, east of South Avon Street, and North of Cedar Street. The address of the site is 310 South Avon Street and is located in Rockford, IL.
