ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals for the WASDEN ROAD WATER MAIN RELOCATION PROJECT (the "Project"), will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, on June 11, 2026, by hand delivery or by Federal Express, UPS, or USPS delivery directly to Kade Campbell, P.E., The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery, Alabama (the "OWNER"), 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109, and at that time publicly opened and read. A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL at 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, May 27, 2026. Information about this Pre-bid meeting will be provided to plan holders. The Project consists of the following major components: 1. 700 LF of 24" water main relocation, including a crossing within the CSX ROW and crossing within the City Right of Way. 2. The CSX crossing will be located approximately 500 feet north of the intersection of Lamar Road and Wasden Road). 3. The new 24" water main will run southward adjacent to the CSX ROW and cross Wasden Road.
