ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox (Owner) is requesting: Separate sealed bids for Rough Grading Package Eastbridge Business Park Lots 4,5, and 6 for The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox will be received by the Owner at the office of Knoxville Chamber located at17 Market Square, #201, Knoxville, TN 37902 until 2 o'clock P.M., DST on June 25, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be requested from Abby Cottrell, MBI Companies via email at abbyc@mbicompanies.com. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
