PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consists of renovation of the existing main entry to create a secure vestibule
TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING
The Owner will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. local time, July 2, 2026 at 18475 State Highway 11 Mendon, MO 64660.
Bids received after stated time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the above address.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 23, 2026 at 10 a.m. at 18475 State Highway 11 Mendon, MO 64660.
This meeting is mandatory for all interested bidders.
CONTRACT TYPE
Bids will be based on a Single Lump Sum contract.
Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Missouri Department of Labor.

Electronic copies are available upon request so long as it is accompanied by a printed set of specs and plans and the initial deposit amount. Contractors may obtain up to two (2) copies of contract documents.
BID STIPULATIONS
Bid Security is required in the amount of five (5) percent of Proposal.
Within ten (10) days after notification of award of contract, the successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner. The Performance Bond shall be in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid. The performance bond will become a part of the contract.
Failure of the successful bidder to enter into contract and supply the required bonds and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days after the prescribed forms are presented for signature or within such extended period as the Owner may grant shall constitute a default.
All bids submitted shall be valid for a period of at least sixty days from bid opening; the only alterations which will be allowed will be those approved by the Owner.
