ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Proposals for the 2026 Carriage Hills Water Main Replacement (the "Project) will be received until 2:00 PM CST, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, by either hand delivery, Federal Express, UPS, or USPS delivery directly to Kade Campbell, P.E., The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery, Alabama, 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109 (the "OWNER"), and at that time publicly opened and read. The project generally consists of the following major components: • Installation of approximately 24,000 LF of 4", 6", 8" and 12" C900 water mains along with 350 LF of 2" CL 200 PVC water main and associated appurtenances along specified roadways. • Removal and replacement of approximately 38 fire hydrants. • Installation of approximately 365 residential water services.
