ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TIMBERLAKE CAMPSITE REHAB Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Bid no. 26-800-23-04 Brandon, MS Sealed bids will be received by the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District (OWNER) until 10:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, July 29, 2026 for supplying all labor and materials (as specified) necessary for the demolition and construction of 20 campsites located at Timberlake Campground. Contract Specifications and Bidders Information and Bidders Proposal forms are on file and open to public inspection in the office of the OWNER. Copies of the Bidder's Information and Bid Forms, and Contract Specifications may be procured at the office of the OWNER between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 5 :00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday. The OWNER hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement disadvantaged and women's business enterprises will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Bidders must posses a valid license issued by the Mississippi State Board of Contractors to perform Concrete or Concrete Paving Construction.
