ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids to provide food products, milk/juice products, and non-food/paper products, for the federal Head Start Program operated by the Caddo Community Action Agency, Inc., headquartered at 4055 St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, LA 71108 for the period of August 2026 to August 2027 are being requested. Bids will be received by mail or in person up until 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 27, 2026. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on July 27th, bids will be opened and announced in the Office of the President / CEO located at 4055 St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, LA 71108.
