ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WELLS SANITARY DISTRICT WELLS, ME 04090 SEA BREEZE DRIVE SEWER EXTENSION General Notice: The Wells Sanitary District, Wells, ME (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Sea Breeze Drive Sewer Extension. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Wells Sanitary District Administrative Building located at 197 Eldridge Road, Wells, ME 04090, until June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Summary of Work: Sea Breeze Drive Sewer Extension project includes: Furnish and install approximately 200 LF of new 8" PVC sewer main Furnish and install approximately 150 LF of new 6" PVC sewer services Furnish and install approximately 160 LF of new 1 ½" HDPE low pressure sewer services Installation of one(1) new sewer manhole (SMH7-126) Asphalt roadway restoration as required on the contract drawings 3" depth sewer main trench repair 3" depth driveway trench repair 1 ½" full width overlay Duration: The Project has an expected duration of 60 days to substantial completion and 75 days to final completion. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
