In addition to the pre-qualification requirements, the parameters of the GC bid process will be outlined. Pre-bid qualification materials will be due to The Industrial Commons by 5:00 pm EST on Friday October 17, 2025. Documents can be submitted via email to: bids@theindustrialcommons.org, or to the office of the owner at: The Industrial Commons at 647 Hopewell Road, Morganton, NC 28655 Full bid documents for this opportunity will be available on October 21, 2025. Sealed proposals for this project will be received from potential bidders by The Industrial Commons up to 3:00 PM Friday November 21, 2025. No bids will be accepted after this time. Immediately thereafter, the bids shall be publicly opened in the meeting room of The Industrial Commons at 647 Hopewell Road, Morganton, NC 28655, and read by the owner for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment entering into the work of the above-titled project.
