ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS Green Zone K8- Phase 1: Mass Grading The Morganti Group, Inc., Construction Manager, will receive sealed bids for Phase 1: Mass Grading for St. Lucie Public Schools' Green Zone K8 School, located on S. 13th Street in Fort Pierce, Florida 34950. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on Monday, June 1, 2026 by request to estimating@morganti.com. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: earthwork, grading, stormwater, silt fence, temporary fencing, temporary water, temporary electric. Sealed bids are due no later than Thursday, July 2, by 2:00pm, to The Morganti Group, Inc., c/o St Lucie Public Schools 9461 Brandywine Ln, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids. Interested parties must send an email to estimating@morganti.com to request a pre-qualification package. The completed pre-qualification questionnaire must be returned by email to estimating@morganti.com or delivered to The Morganti Group, Inc., at 1662 North US HWY. 1. STE C, Jupiter FL, 33469, in order to receive a secure link to the bid documents. A completed pre-qualification questionnaire is not a bid submission.
