ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Over $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the project 260219 Perform Asbestos Abatement Enlisted Barracks 5252 And 5243 in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Massachusetts Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Office. The Project consists of but is not limited to: All labor, materials, facilities, equipment, services, permits, and agreements necessary to perform the work required for the removal of asbestos-containing & contaminated materials within buildings 5242 and 5243 at Camp Edwards, MA. The work is estimated to cost $640,000.00. The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 4/3/2026 at 10:00AM EDT.
